This summer, Phoenix Mecano Kecskemét Kft. hosted a remarkable team-building event during the Street Food & Art Festival in Kecskemét – blending culture, community, and collaboration in an inspiring setting. Colleagues from across the Phoenix Mecano group – including IFINA, PTR HARTMANN, BOPLA, RK ROSE+KRIEGER, PM SOLUTIONS, and KUNDISCH – gathered for a memorable occasion that highlighted the strength of personal connection in a globally networked company.
The goal was simple yet impactful: to build stronger personal relationships, foster new professional connections, and enhance collaboration across divisions and borders.

The vibrant festival offered the perfect backdrop for this gathering. Phoenix Mecano Kecskemét secured an exclusive area within the event grounds, providing an ideal space for both focused discussions and relaxed networking. A total of 50 colleagues attended – 20 from international headquarters and 30 from the Hungarian site.
Amid the cultural buzz and culinary variety, participants exchanged ideas on current projects, future initiatives, and cross-site collaboration opportunities, strengthening not just workflows but also friendships.
